Support & FAQ
This app is developed by an individual. There is no support service. The app is free to download — please test your drone, controller and phone before relying on it for paid work. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google / Apple.
Which drones work?
The aircraft supported by DJI Mobile SDK V5: Mini 3, Mini 3 Pro, Mini 4 Pro, Mavic 3 Enterprise series and Matrice 30 / 300 RTK / 350 RTK / 4 / 4D / 400, with an Android phone (Android 10 or later) and the matching remote controller connected by USB.
Real test flights so far: DJI Mini 3 and Mini 4 Pro with the RC-N1 / RC-N2 controller. On any other model, fly a short test mission first. Camera profiles exist for the Mini models; on other aircraft photo overlap is approximate. DJI Mini 5 Pro is not supported by the DJI SDK for Android yet.
Without a drone you can try everything with Try demo flight, which flies a simulated aircraft inside the app.
Does it work without internet?
Planning, flying, checking coverage, re-flights and backups work offline. The map background needs the network unless the area is already in the map cache. The DJI SDK needs the network the first time it registers and when DJI fly-zone unlocking is needed.
How does the coverage check work?
After a flight, import its photos. The app reads the position stored in each DJI photo and matches it to the planned points. Points without a matching photo are listed as missing, and you can generate a re-flight for just those points.
Where is my data?
On your phone. There is no account and nothing is uploaded to our servers. Use Backup in the app to save a copy before changing phones.
Something went wrong — how do I report it?
Open the flight in the app (Check photos) and tap Share flight summary; the flight screen also has Share flight log. You see exactly what will be sent (no coordinates, no mission names, no photos) and choose how to send it. Contact: bunkertechvn@gmail.com.
How do I join the test?
The app is in closed testing on Google Play. Testing details will be posted here.
